Field Notes
These are reflections on what I’m noticing.
I write about what becomes visible when we slow down: what we notice in our bodies and homes, in our inner lives and wider culture, and in the natural world. My essays return to questions of how we heal and know ourselves, where presence and depth live in modern life, and how we might find our way towards more grounded living. They often sit with the tension between extremes, finding for wisdom in the middle path.
