Energy Healing
I offer a gentle, grounded space to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance.
My approach
My approach to healing is rooted in the understanding that our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing are deeply interconnected.
Trained through the International School of Intuition and Healing (ISIH) and accredited via the British Alliance of Healing Associations (BAHA), I work within a chakra-based framework to explore which areas may be asking for attention and to support the body’s natural capacity for self-healing.
Every session is unique. Rather than following a fixed formula, I work intuitively and respond to what is present for each individual. I do not see healing as something imposed from the outside, but as creating the conditions in which the body’s own wisdom can be heard and supported.
Ways to work with me
In-Person Healing
Sessions take place at a private location in Hampstead, 5 minutes’ walk from the Underground station. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing.
We begin with a brief conversation about what has brought you for healing and any areas of focus or intention you would like to explore.
You will then be invited to lie down on a therapy table and simply rest. The healing itself is primarily hands-off, although on occasion I may ask permission to place my hands lightly on specific areas if I feel it would support the work.
There is nothing you need to do during the session. Many people simply drift into a deeply relaxed or meditative state, and some fall asleep.

Distant Healing
Online via Zoom. Distant healing offers the same energetic support as an in-person session and takes place in the comfort of your own home.
Please find somewhere quiet and comfortable where you can relax without interruption, ideally lying down. We start with a brief check-in to explore what is present for you and any intentions you may have for the session.
During the healing, I work intuitively with your energy field, observing what I sense and responding accordingly. At times I may create an intuitive watercolour reflection as part of the process, offering a symbolic reflection of themes or energetic patterns that emerge.

FAQ
-
In many healing traditions, the chakras are understood as the energy centres within the body. When we experience stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, or prolonged periods of imbalance, these areas may become depleted or overactive.
-
No. Many people come to healing with different beliefs, expectations, and levels of experience. Curiosity and openness are enough.
-
Energy is not limited by physical distance. In distant healing, I connect with your energy field in much the same way as I would during an in-person session. Many clients are surprised by how connected and supported they feel during a remote session.
-
Every session is different. Some people report deep relaxation, warmth, emotional release, insight, renewed clarity, or a sense of calm; others notice colours or images. Some simply enjoy a period of rest and stillness. There is no right or wrong way to experience a session.
-
Many people report feeling calmer, lighter, and more centred following a session, although every client is different. Some notice immediate shifts, while others find that insights, emotions, or changes continue to unfold over the following days. Where possible, allow yourself a quieter schedule after your appointment, giving your body time to rest and integrate the experience.

No. I am an accredited energy healer, not a doctor, psychotherapist, counsellor, or medical practitioner. Energy healing does not replace professional medical care, counselling or psychotherapy; it is a complementary approach that can sit alongside conventional healthcare and therapeutic support.
-
Yes. I trained through the International School of Intuition and Healing (ISIH), am accredited through the British Alliance of Healing Associations (BAHA), and hold professional insurance. As part of my accreditation, I am required to uphold the BAHA Code of Conduct for Healers, which includes maintaining professional standards, confidentiality, ethical practice, and working within the scope of my training.

Every person and situation is different. Some people come for a single session during a period of challenge or transition, while others choose to return regularly for ongoing support. There is no expectation or requirement to commit to a set number of sessions.
